The answer here is
yes and no.
Gift shops or stores that handle and/or
specialize in fireworks may be open Year Round
in some U.S. markets to sell you fireworks at any time.
Seasonal Retailers run locations that are only
open on a limited basis to sell you fireworks.

opening and closing dates of June 24 - July
